In the Beginners Locksmith Course we will  demonstrate how to 

*  Replace a Euro Cylinder lock on a single UPVC door, double UPVC doors and wooden doors. Euro cylinders are probably the most common type of locks that you will find in your customers home so you should find this video very useful. This also includes information about Anti Snap Locks.

*  Replace a Rim Cylinder, these are more commonly known as ‘Yale locks’.

*  Replace a Mortice lock, sometimes referred to as a ‘Chubb’ lock.

*  Replace a garage door lock, this includes both cylinder and wafer lock

Learn how to Fresh Fit Locks

In addition to replacing all of the above locks the Beginners Locksmith Training Course will also teach you how to –

*  Fresh fit a Rim Cylinder and Nightlatch on a wooden door. These are commonly known as ‘Yale Type Locks’

*  Fresh fit a British Standard Mortice lock (commonly known as a ‘Chubb Lock’ on a wooden door. Some Insurance company’s will insist that these types of locks are fitted to customers doors.

*  Fresh fit a digital lock, these are normally fitted on office doors. We will also show you how to change the preset code.

If you are going to be a Locksmith it’s important that you understand how both Cylinder and Mortice locks operate. In the Beginners Locksmith Training Course we’ll be taking a look inside these types of Locks so you can see how they work.
